Mabel is a St. Andrews artist specializing in watercolour and monotype printing. Monotype watercolour images are painted on prepared Plexiglas and then printed using the same process as printing etched plates making each work one-of-a-kind. Her work can be seen at Europa Inn & Restaurant.
